When you brought your machine in you received a "Work Order Number" that will follow your computer through our system. With that number, you can check for up-to-the-minute status on your computer. You can get this information on any browser, iPad, iPhone, or Android device. We know your computer is important to you and we want to make sure you know what's going on when it's here. Use your iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, or Droid to scan the QR-Code to see the status on your computer (you will need a QR Scanner APP).
